Intelligent Vehicle Technologies Files Trademark Infringement Lawsuit Against IVT Corp., Intelligent Vehicle Technologies, Carlsbad, California.

Califon, New Jersey, September 11, 2007 – Intelligent Vehicle Technologies, LLC announced today that it has filed suit against IVT Corporation of Carlsbad, California in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey for trademark infringement.  Also named in the lawsuit is Green Tree Investment & Holdings, Irvine, California.

The complaint alleges that IVT Corporation is violating U.S. Trademark No. 3,273,010 issued to Intelligent Vehicle Technologies, LLC on July 31, 2007.  Intelligent Vehicle Technologies, LLC uses this mark (Intelligent Vehicle Technologies®) for marketing, sales, licensing of products and educational purposes in the United States and abroad in conjunction with advanced electronic vehicle safety and security telematic systems. 

Intelligent Vehicle Technologies seeks a permanent injunction precluding IVT Corp. infringing Intelligent Vehicle Technologies Trademark as well as monetary damages.
